2019 Mother's Day the inmates telephone filial activity Through the power of family support, rehabilitating the inmates and revitalizing them.The Prison contacted Chunghwa Telecom to assist in the installation of 20 telephones. On May 7th and 8th, 2019, the telephone filial activities were held.Because the Prison is located on the outlying islands,it's not easy to contact with the families. Therefore, the activities are fully open, allowing 1,506 inmates and their families to convey their thoughts and wishes.The superintendent, Mr. Chi, Yen-Lie, also went to the venue to care for the filial activity.
