On December 13, 108 Pastor Wu, Wen-Tsung from Prison Fellowship Penghu Branch led the other brothers to do baptism ceremony held in the prison for the newly-converted inmates and quoted 2 Corinthians 5:17 “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!”, encouraging 23 baptized inmates. The baptism ceremony symbolizes the rebirth of life. A total of 139 inmates participated in the activity.
